In Touch With Cards is a business, but it’s also a belief.  We believe that over the last 20 years the “personal” aspect of the way to do business has taken a back seat to the quickest, most high tech and often most impersonal business practices.  We have seen a flip flop in “the customer is always right” to an attitude of almost disrespect.

 

While technology is great, and efficiency is understood, there has to be room for a hand shake, a hello, a personal – sincere thank you.  In Touch With Cards is our way to merge technology and personality together for a REAL and effective tool to maintain the relationship that you have worked so hard to obtain.

 

Consider This

  • The obvious, it takes much more effort, time and money to get a new client than keep an existing one.
  • If ‘Word-of-Mouth’ is the best advertising, and we believe it is, then how many referrals will you lose if a client leaves?
  • Personal contact is proven to better the relationship between you and your client.  A better relationship is proven to extend their life and activity as a client.
  • For most, getting a personal card in the mail – not a bill or appointment reminder is a positive and healthy experience.
  • Everyone OPENS CARDS. Not everyone opens ‘marketing pieces’. A nice envelope, directly addressed to the client, with a “real stamp” WILL GET OPENED. A personal message, a heartfelt thanks, WILL BE APPRECIATED!
